What does Mindfulness coaching look like?


Mindfulness coaching is not too different to life coaching, it helps us to gain perspective, clarity and strike a balance between the often challenging aspects of everyday life and situations. Mindfulness coaching helps with resilience, optimism and how to stay as present as possible in everything we do. It is not what life throws at us, but how we decide to deal with these experiences. Coaching helps to re-address any individual areas, such as managing stress, exhaustion, a feeling of being overwhelmed, and even deeper existential curiosities. The sessions can contribute to you living the life you deserve.


At Loveday wellbeing we offer three options:

- Ad hoc 1 hour coaching sessions - £90 per session

- Standard coaching programme - 6 x 50 minute coaching sessions over 3 months - £500

  • It provides space for reflection, skills and techniques to help find solutions

  • Includes contact via email between sessions

  • Helpful for exploring persistent issues

  • Includes a 20 minute breakthrough call after the sessions are completed provides space for reflection, skills and techniques to help find solutions

  • Includes contact via email between sessions

  • Helpful for exploring persistent issues

  • Includes a 20 minute breakthrough call after the sessions are complete

- Transformational coaching programme - 10 x 50 minute coaching sessions over 6 months - £800

  • It provides space for reflection, skills and techniques to help find solutions

  • Includes contact via email between sessions

  • Helpful for exploring persistent issues

  • This longer programme is for deeper reflection, adopting new behaviours and routines

  • Includes two 20 minute breakthrough calls after the sessions complete
