A Mindful approach

This workshop takes a look at the principles and benefits of mindfulness and how to apply them in our everyday lives maintaining resilience, balance and mental agility. Mindfulness is not religious nor mystical, it is training for the mind. We look at stress - the dangerous effects. We take a close look at the science of the mind and recognising we are not our thoughts. We look at how to gauge how present in our lives we are. It is an interactive session, so expect to be up out of your seat.

 

Rolling with the Punches

Duration: 50 minutes

How emotional resilience aids challenging times

During this workshop, we consider what it means to be resilient and how to develop the characteristics. We look at practical steps to build on resilience as a skill. After identifying the five main ingredients of strengthening resilience, we acknowledge how intentionally choosing joy aids difficult times. We also explore how breathwork and Mindfulness cultivates a mindset to withstand the challenges life throws at us.

This workshop includes guided breathwork and meditation practice.

 

How to be Happier

Duration: 50 minutes

The fundamentals and techniques for a happier existence

During this interactive and insightful workshop, we take a look at the fundamental components of happiness. We explore the science of the mind, positive psychology (PERMA model) and how creating space from unhelpful thinking helps us redirect our thoughts. We look at how to savour life and connect more to ourselves and others. We consider presence, purpose and authenticity as contributors to a happier existence.

This workshop also includes a guided Mindfulness meditation.

 

The Power of Optimism

Duration: 50 minutes

How optimism shapes the future

During this workshop, we take a look at the ingredients, and effects of Optimism. How optimism can determine our future success and the benefits of Optimism bias on our mental and physical health. We explore strategies that enhance our levels of optimism by introducing positive daily routines.


This workshop also includes a guided Mindfulness meditation.

 

The Attitude of Gratitude

Duration: 50 mins

Gratitude as the antidote to dissatisfaction and greed

During this workshop, we explore gratitude as one of the most simplistic yet impactful qualities when it comes to counteracting stress, fear and other unhelpful emotions. We investigate the science, psychology and benefits of gratitude, and answer questions to gauge our own levels of grateful living. The workplace is certainly somewhere to cultivate gratitude as well as in our personal lives.

This workshop includes various styles of reflective and guided meditations.

 

Stress Management

Duration: 50 minutes

Workplace wellbeing - setting your daily mindfulness tool kit

This workshop takes a look at why employee wellbeing has been moved up the agenda, receiving well-deserved and increased attention in recent times. We discuss burnout, absenteeism, and presenteeism, exploring what a healthy and productive working life consists of and how to maintain the much-desired work/life balance, through a mindful daily routine.

 

How to Detach from the Digital World

Duration: 50 minutes

Finding balance and contentment through breathwork

This workshop teaches you how to enter into the digital world with a mindful approach and how to maintain healthy use. Mobile phone addiction is old news, however, few truly understand how the dopamine epidemic is not only impairing our mental health but lowering our ability to focus, be productive and fully show up in our lives. This course looks at brain wave states and offers techniques on rewiring your mind to take back control.

 

Understanding The Inner Critic, Finding Direction and Presence

Duration: 50 minutes

Taming the monkey mind & deflating the distracting ego, enhancing relationships and every area of your life

This workshop offers a practical guide to regain control of your mind. It can take a lot of self-control to tame the monkey mind and recognise the connection to the ego-self or inner critic. You will learn about limiting beliefs and core values and how to set and achieve goals. You will also learn techniques on how to switch your mindset from negative thought processes (ego) to a more balanced, compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

 

The Science of Earthing/Grounding the Human body

Duration: 50 minutes

How the neurological and scientific findings confirm the benefits to our overall health

During this fascinating workshop, we discover Earthing/Grounding. We take a look at the science, and evidence supporting the many physical, and mental health benefits.
